Talitha Stimulation Centre (TSC) one of the specialized schools in the Gauteng region that caters for children who are mentally and physically disabled.  The age of the children in the programme ranges from three months to 15 years.

The Centre was established in 2000 by Ms. Veronica Flemmer, who manages it with the help of 10 full-time volunteers and a driver.

The Centre is registered with the Dept. of Social Development and adheres to a strict code of conduct that is enforced to ensure the children are cared for in a proper and safe environment.  The children are also mentally and physically stimulated for maximum development.

Department officials visit the Centre frequently to check that sound management practices and proper financial conduct are in place at all times.
